The red, white, and blue
Inspire many images
That come to my mind:

Three crimson roses
Gaze upon the milky moon
In a sapphire sky;

Strawberry kisses
While sharing a bubble bath
In an azure tub;

Ruby-colored cheeks
Touched by early winter snow
Miss their turquoise scarf;

A single cherry
On a scoop of vanilla
With fresh blueberries;

Cincinnati's team
Hits and throws the baseball
To beat the Dodgers;

My kid’s bloody knee,
Covered by pale bandages,
Creates a sad mood.

More than just a flag,
Red, white, and blue symbolize
The essence of life.
