The sun is shining, what a perfect opportunity,
To play in the water outside all day and grant my soul it’s rightful immunity,
I’ll invite all my relatives over for a Saturday afternoon of celebration,
We’ll bar-b-q and dance in the street to our favorite tunes with no hesitation,
There’s nothing like spending time with the people you know best so I won’t have to pretend,
They’ll be laughter all through the day and brief sadness when we depart, like the last episode of Friends,
It’s time to celebrate and everyday will be a fun day,
Like dressing up for church on mother’s day or Easter Sunday,
It’s time to celebrate
