Funny how things change.......
From Desperation to Resignation
It was once a dire need
there was no demarcation
from Life or Death.
A House
A Home
A Car
A Wife
the need
for some
ordained life.
Such a sense
of what one
must do.
The thrill
the fear
of allof them
judging you.
And now I sit
where urgency
has spent its
frantic day
and look
at the
flimsy props
of this
absurdist play.
