How do you feel? Like a confetti of flesh and muscle in a haphazard heap – not as lean as I would like. *What is your state of mind?* My mind is a papery wasp’s nest. My thoughts white larvae – present, but dormant and malleable. Lacking the wings which would enable them to fly from the nest. ~ Previously published in Ibbetson Street (May 2006) and Flutter (September 2006)
