Magnetic and yet beautifully poised and weighted. Such elegance woven into this planetary romance. It seems to place my thought and feelings onto a cusp, and yet causes them also to relax as if into a feather-bed. What a privelege it is to have the opportunity to read a poem like this collaboration with you, Taylor, and you Butch. The mention of Solis and Luna made me smile -- and these lines are so moving: "we remain steadfast sweltry beams shared between two in dawn’s soft ménage" This is pure romance at its finest, my friends. The proper response to this Haiku/Senryu is that there is a beautiful balance growing out from the green shoots rising out of ancient wood. This is a soulful communion shared between two souls who I see want to not only deepen their impressionistic style of poetry to share with their readers, but also deepen their commitment with each other, bonding through the written word...this is art and it tells the truth of the day...integrating poetry from two minds, one soul...Blessed Be.
