Just for fun. An acrostic poem for Halloween.

Heed the pixie, elf and sprite All on their mischievous rounds tonight Lit by the moon’s silver rays Likely they’ll find me on this Halloween night Oh, so fond of their deeds and spells While I quiver and hide from their helter-skelter ways Eerie shadows lurk by the door Even as I try to fall asleep they whisper No, I said.
