Another older write, written juust as I was becoming a young adult. I think many of us are hiding behind our "makeup"... and many younger people are lost and putting on a front. thankfully we grow up and hopefully become more comfortable in our skins!
I am the clown of my emotions I am crying I am smiling I am the clown of my emotions I am laughing I am screaming I am the clown of my emotions I am lost I am always here I am the clown of my emotions I am not showing my fear I am terrified I am the clown of my emotions Scared of life So I hide behind my makeup
