Iam going away
From these fake smiles,
For pure love.
Lets fly! Lets fly!
Spreading these wings.
I don't want to sit with sorrows,
wetting my eyes.

Iam going away
From these old cities,
To share love,heart content.
Its not by only desire
But need some want too.
I got to set my heart
To find for what I look.

Iam going away
This stage is getting hard for me,
When Iam finding it diffucult to see faces.
Lets leave! Lets leave!
These colourful masks.
Don't want to walk with lies,
These eyes of innocence.

many leave when things go wrong. I can relate, jobs become unsatisfying, friends traitors, etc. But we can't run all our lives. Victor

I understand the longing for what is genuine that your poem conveys to me. Love the lines, " got to set my heart / To find for what I look." So well put. JM

People wear many masks and they tell many lies and at times it is best to fly away to get far from the crowds to protect those innonce EYES.
Very well expressed,

Light, Peace,
Joselyn
