POEMS

Poems enlighten many minds,
Words entail story or rhyme.
Structure and detail as it unfolds,
Tales, adventures, lyrical beauty told.
A love it takes, to blend indeed,
Many a poem begin as seeds.
Any creative talent will do,
Built with literate technique to muse.
Natural cadences redundant sometimes,
Confabulations of place and time.
Vivid pictures come to life,
Budding beauties, sorrow, strife.
Love fascinates hearts the most,
Parleying words, literacy to toast.
The minds eye writing, rhyme or prose,
Hearing, sounds, will know how it goes.
Euphoric feelings, excitement to write,
A birthing of words, on page brought to light.
The beauty of poems read today,
Are mazes built by different wordplay.
