My favorite part of the Jesus Easter history (besides today: Resurrection Day)as shown in the movie I watched the other night (Greatest Story Ever Told)is when Jesus takes his robe sash and forcefully chases the money-changers out of the Temple Mount, meanwhile free some more captives: the doves, lambs they used for sacrifice and I think he said: "My Father desires mercy not sacrifice..." (don't quote me on that)...Your poetry gets you thinking.
My Tom used to like the verse where God said smoke filled the temple. I don't know where it is in the bible. I song that says Fly like an Eagle best. Only I do like this verse, but am a compulsive gambler myself. This verse makes me think of lots of things going on in my life. Won't tell all here though.
