Desire to give my son a gift, but knew that he has most everything, and this was a tribute to him, for his hard work and effort in working to provide for his family and generous to his parents
A Gift I sought to find To give to you my son Alas I knew within my heart there was none, You needed, and did not possesse
But still my heart yearned to give To you a gift to mark this day
But son, the only gift I could give
Is my love for you to cherish
For it 's given with tears of joy
Of the happiness you have given
In all the years gone by
But know that this day
Was your greates gift
You gave to me
So still I wish you the blessing of this day
The gift of love to help you
Know that love is

is to share it with all
