Hallowed be Thy name oh Father of All;

You gave me the means to rise or to fall

whilst singing about your glory.

You placed me in Paradise on this Earth,

then brew up a storm that created dearth,

war and pestilence; all gory.

I will not cry about my loss and pain,

but you doing it again and again,

abandon us to our folly.

You sit upon high and watch us wage war,

let us defile this good Earth evermore

in your name, so mighty, holy.

You make us believe in you; what a waste…

When we need you, you disappear in haste,

tossing us in purgatory.

I wished to rise; you watched over my fall…

Hallowed be Thy name oh Father of All,

Yours is the power and glory.

Peter, take off your shoes next time it rains. Go outside barefoot and let the rain wash you while you cry. It really helps to know God cries too, right along with you my dear friend.
Blessings,
Christine

You express a sad and timeless theme, Peter; a voice crying, begging to be heard. I think you mean "holy" in the last verse of the second stanza. Love and peace to you,

Regis
