Men stir up black hatexplosions.
Where can I find blue skies
throbbing love,
bright grass honey dripping
to pasture my wandering thoughts ?
Leaf is falling,
black isn’t sunlight
giving hopes, life.
Inox trees drive away
exhausted birds without fate,
stale brahmans preach universal unhappiness,
someone poisons air, brains, humus, ideas.
We’re striding to the unknowable threshold.
I’ll hang my damloved hopes
to your door,
friend without tomorrow.
Waxed lyrical writing. Blue skies, honey dripping, leaf falling, giving hopes exhausted birds, all things from nature we love. We don't even have to listed to the stale brahmans preaching either, only brings unhappiness, where are we headed now as a nation? Tell me it will get better, please. Prayers too go out every day.
Dear readers, this is my third book of poems, and inside are a special collection of what have turned out to be not only MY personal favorites, but also the favorites of many of YOU. Some of these have never been available in print before...
I liked the expression and voice in "Black Connection".
