Strictly mean words smeared on glossy cheeks ripped & torn like distant echoes of lonesome foghorns casual curses variegated in gasoline rolling down the oldest flames to burn off the very last scene houses of dust smudged against the clearest postcard sky finger painted by a small child long staircases leading fast to the underground where sturdy sounding words all come from.
