A short poem on finding one's path.
CHOOSING TO BE Craved more than days of work, nurturing and sleep. Combed the depths of thought for worldly insights. Converged on the kindred searching for the seeds of futility. Critiqued society for cultivating the sprouts of world despair. Conversed with the saints and demons of humanity. Crawled in the shadows of gray indecision. Considered the reflections of self-appointed sages, modern and antique. Conquered the violence of emotion and body. Compiled the discoveries, the interpretations and thoughts. Contrasted the disquiet of so many to the peace of drudgery. Concluded the purpose of life is not in the meaning, but in the being.
