The blue vermin on the chimney
mouth opened wide
eyes staring at the freckled sky
subtle tingling sensations on skin
breath turned, hands searched
emotions travel on a wild sea
fingers nestle
softly, nightlights dance
Pupils watch, vermin sleeps
music of the mystic moon
taking the clouds for a ride
A distant cry, haunted night
a subterfuge of passion
homage to the Aphrodite
nails torn, lips red with wound
the door left ajar
Sounds in the surreal silence
fibres of blood bathing in heat
mountains, caves, seas of earth
flicker, explode and cool down

The blue snake gone
A whispering owl stares
at the benighted pangs of dale
brown diamonds coruscate in flaccidity

Excellent work again as usual...quite an original style. Very nice. Blessings, Holly

If your bio picture is any indication of your real age at present, and taking into consideration that this poem is 9 years old, I'd have to say, Saberi, that your Mother gave birth to a gifted child with a quill nestled in her hand at a very young age.

I enjoyed some of the orphic imagery in this ... and also some of the words you chose to paint your thoughts.
coruscate
flaccidity

I see this line as ... Brown diamonds (or those artists that have not reached their potential as yet) still reflecting brightly, or exhibiting a kind of virtuosity while remaining soft or malleable to influences. Very unique!

"music of the mystic moon
taking the clouds for a ride"
this is a delightful image, very evocative of experiences in my own life. Welcome to AD!

Blessings ...
Richard

A kaleidoscope of images that stir the senses and the emotions, Saberi. Thank you. Best wishes to you,
