That's a good idea Carin! Write and send yourself a letter releasing the anger, the pain, and/or the resentment. Sometimes you don't even have to mail it, just writing it down can be cathartic...but so true that to let it go releases the mind. Well done! ~Hugs, Elizabeth

I frequently write e-mails to myself. I have trouble getting postage stamps. I like the thought process with this piece, Carin Spirit. Also liked the craftsmanship.
