A sample of one of the poems in Daniel Berghoff's book - "LOOK IN THE MIRROR".
Halloween Night A night for one and all, a celebration of our fall; as devilish shadows stalk and witches plan to walk. The ghostly apparitions sigh and creepy crawlers feel as masked creatures lie for a candy bargain steal. Pumpkin-eyed goblins revel, vampires, werewolves bellow; scarecrows stare eye-level, while pirates call us yellow. I listen to taunts and boos and laugh at monster faces- a yearly ritual muse; my poor heart � races.

I just love halloween, the ghosts, goblims, pirates, princesses, bunny rabbits and all the rest. Sadly, we don't have as many as we used to - now its church and school parties - too many crazies out there.
