my back in pain-
my juice lacked perk.

my wife loudly cried,

my computer got fried.

I picked a bad week to give up beer.

The police just rang,
my daughter is on drugs,
her pet parakeet sang
of boyfriend thugs.

I picked a bad month to give up smoking.

My lawyer got jailed,
my accountant is missing,
my sex-drive just failed,
my wife stopped kissing.

I picked a bad year to give up coke.
