Police brutality on the streets of advanced countries is like jungle justice on the streets of developing countries. The difference is that there is Order in the former.
Maiming and executions like this in the name of the state have been going on almost forever. But lately, a new tool, the ubiquitous video in the form of a cell phone is allowing witnesses to see what is been really going on.
Once these atrocities are revealed for what they really are, change is taking place in the whole realm of law and order. Finally, law will be brought to order for what they've done.
