This is a prayer poem giving thanks to God and seeking direction for this day.
PRAYER POEM Father I thank you for this day, That you have given me, I thank you for my life in you, For in you is victory, I give to you my life, Empty and ready for you to fill, I'm standing ready and willing, And my life I yield, I yeild, Lord God this day belongs to you, Use me and let me shine, I desire to be submissive, His life must be in holy rhyme, Take control this day, And lead me in the ways of peace, I praise and honor you Lord today, And I will not walk in defeat, Today is the beginning, Of the rest of my life, I will not walk in anger, I will not walk in strife, Touch my heart Father God Allah, Make anew, refresh my mind, In you this day I stand yielded, In you Lord my life will shine.
