My Heart

Paper can be teared.
Writings on it can never be separated.
My Heart is like that with you in it.

I admire many qualities.
Nothing is there in you.
But still I ....

I am sensitive, coward and moody.
But in your company, I revel.
Nothing threatens me.
Nothing bores me.
I attain bravery in your slavery.

I always be contended.
No wish but to hold your hand
No wish but to rest in your arms
firmly, warmly,
listening to our song of love
till the end of life, being your wife
hope you understand.

Prashanthi,

Your poem seems fine, but contrary to what you have been advocating in your articles about the independence of a woman, you seem to be surrendering yourself completely to someone, who doesnt seem to deserve your love.

Change the poem...or better still....change the person !!

Remember, Love isnt pain, realise yourself, you seem to be a very sweet person, with sweet thoughts.

prasanthi has written well ...good work ...
one can't stop himself/herself from praising prasanthi ..

just i want to keep some comments ...
here are the comments ...

Given sentence:

My Heart is like that with you in it.

************
comment 1 :-
"My Heart is like that with you" (or)
"My Heart with u is like that " is enough ,
b'cos "in it" is understood .
**************

Given sentence:

I attain bravery in your slavery.

**************
Comment 2: -
it would have been better if some other sentence with the same meaning
is used here ...instead of the word "slavery" which sounds like
"u are a slave" .
**************
Given sentences:

I always be contended.
No wish but to hold your hand
No wish but to rest in your arms

***************
comment 3 :-
if u r contended , u may get the chance of holding hand but not the
rest in their arms

A beautiful poem. I feel your beautiful heart in your words. And any man whom has your heart, is a very lucky young man!
