God lives in my mirror, he's reflected in your eyes.
He echoes in my laughter and he shudders with my cries.
The ties that bind are stitched so deeply - without wrinkle, without seam.
I can't wake up, though I'm awake;
I'm the dreamer and the dream.
God lives in my body; he's united with my heart.
From my conception in the womb, 'til spirit shall depart
These eyes he also made for me, yet he sees all that they survey
The creator and creation;
I'm the sculptor and the clay.
God lives in this drama, on this universal set;
This tragedy and comedy his psyche once beget
I catch the roses from the stage, yet yearn to toss this rouge bouquet
Writing and producing all;
I'm the actor and the play.
God lives a little less each day; his cure, long overdue,
He left the remedy with us, but something went askew.
This revelation of my soul shall be forever now esteemed,
For I have come to save myself ---
I'm the savior and redeemed.
God lives in earth and ocean, in the atmosphere and space
From each and every living thing stares back his thoughtful face.
But this opaque illusion has become our mutual façade,
For I am all and I am none ---
I am Scott, and I am God.
God lives in perfect unity, yet ego, self, and hate
Confuse us serving only to divide and separate
This hidden, but intrinsic truth is all is one, and this is true :
Within you and without you,
I am God, but so are you.
Great imagery, especially in the opening stanza.

Reading this is like opening a different door in the hallway that is you. Many of your poems teach, bravely state the truth, or delve into the psyche. This one dives deeper and expresses your belief system; God is in everything and everyone. Very beautiful. I like how you pair both sides of the picture to express that view. As usual, your rhyme scheme is complex and brilliantly done. Love and Hugs,
Sheila
Take care
