My poem "October Time" is about when the leaves are falling, Halloween is not too far away.

 "OCTOBER TIME"

 

Leaves are falling, while

Pumpkins are adorning porches

Skeletons are in posing positions

Scarecrows are greeting passerby's

Witches are flying on broomsticks

Halloween is approaching upon us

I'm watching for those witches during the full moon. Haven't seen one cross yet after many years of looking. But I believe I saw ET pedaling a bicycle… Does that count?

Yes, it's the time of the year. Kids waited the whole year for the candy and fun. Some adults too.
