My poem "Meanwhile 12" is about how someone is trying to cook dinner, while 15 miles to the north, a chef is conducting a cooking class.
"MEANWHILE 12" In a neighborhood 15 miles to the north While I am trying to cook dinner Without it turning into a disaster In another neighborhood at a class 15 miles to the north of here A chef is conducting a cooking class Teaching how to cook without fear

I thought you smelled the cooking that far off, it was so good. Like I smelled the apple pie Keating this morning all the way in my room.

Cooking is art now. Look at all those chef's competition shows. Hell's Kitchen... for example.
