I agree there are bad people around so willing to take advantage. On the other hand, if we surround ourselves with good people, we will be protected from those who are not.
Being with the wrong crowd has a big influence in how our lives would end up being negative. Many young people crave to fit in to a certain crowd of friends, they need to really know if the crowd is good or bad before they so craved to fit in.
I was never a crowd pleaser when I was in school, I still am not! I'd rather be alone than joining the wrong crowd of friends.
