Heart Strings

Real feelings

I felt your presence tugging

On my heart strings

Today

Like songs played on a harp

Or a cool breeze

On a summers day

It’s like the calling of the wild

It’s never seen

Nor seldom heard

Like the tortured

Cravings of an addict

Their feelings

Mysteriously transferred

My assumption

Is its mutual

And were some how

Intertwined

Like the moon impacts

The tides

Our very core

Our essence

Metaphysically collide
