At some point we have to remember that we are 1:One

I stand Alone,

my feet firmly planted in the

material earth. Toes fan out in

harmony with currents of subterranian substances.

I breathe out standing upright in view of a

red eyed turtle dove perched on a live wire.

I breathe out some more to fully upright

standing position.

With outbreath complete I stand on my toes,

arms extended into a triangle with

twining fingers interlocked.

The outbreath complete it is time to

behold the One.

The turtle dove has flown ..

a butterfly,
