42 to go ...

We'll alter the tempo

largo, grave, lento, and adagio - to

allegro and presto with ritardando

And accelerando, for speeding up

It refers to the speed at which a

work is performed

The Performer wears a whirling dress, the dancer

dances in Silence ...

... a dancer slowly turns to the centre

The Dance is coming to an end, a

new cycle beginning

creating something out of nothing

Seven Sacred Planets, Seven Golden Chakras, The

Sevenfold Law, Awareness to Pure Stillness ...

Largo, grave, lento, and adagio

Taurus, Scorpio, Aquarius and Leo ...

whirling in perfection

A new cycle, the end, the beginning

Crystallization, realization, we'll alter the

tempo and Foresee the ending

Ref: The Universal Tarot by Maxwell Miller

What makes The Universal Tarot stand out from other decks is its extensive use of images and mythologies drawn from the whole spectrum of the worlds cultures and religions.
Here we have esoteric Chritianity side-by-side
with Islam, the world of shaman with that of the
sufi, Buddhist concepts with Native American ideas, Taoist symbols together with
Egyptian hieroglyphs. As our planet moves toward an integrated global awareness, this tarot embraces the truth which is at the
heart of the worlds many diverse spiritual paths
