She came with the wind
Clasping her fingers tight
I wonder... what could be the secret look
That shadowed her eyes
She scraped and dug
She swept and blew
Her footprints lost her trail
She hid and cried watering the soil
Her secret kept till time was ripe
To sow her seeds with love and care
To grow with pride
And show the world her worth
As any Mother would
and then... she left with the morning breeze
Leaving behind
Her memories and few tears
Upon her grave stone
As she said
Good bye.
