it's all in how
you do it.
park the black and whites
out of range, then follow
the line through the woods,
careful on the pine cones,
don't turn an ankle, and
have your guns down at your side,
alert but not quick-triggered.
the others move silently,
there by the creek, and
friendly fire might erupt
if someone's too tight.
remember there are homes
nearby, and kids walking
their dogs, don't stumble,
don't arouse, all-business,
this guy can be had.
