I love it when they say That you're staying by yourself Finally out on your own To do the things you want to do But then you come to find out That everyone wants to Tell you what to do Like you're living under their roof

This really says a lot and expresses your frustration in simple words.
Is this a parenting issue? If it is, take heart and over time you will prove your ability to make it on your own. (It's hard to stop trying to parent when your children leave home.) In the meantime, again, patience is needed. God bless you, Jerry. Connie
