this is a beautiful capture, Lavender J. It brings such a sorrowful poignancy and yet a resurgent optimism... that dream deferred. Birds of course, cannot stay "lonely" for long... of a feather, they flock together! And the songbird cannot stay sad for too long. The miracle is in the swiftness with which bird wings mends.
