Sitting by the fireplace with a bird that never sing, a kid who never burps, and a phone that never ring. A clock that never tick ... for time is standing still. What's even worse I have a piranha that's just too soft to kill.   A basketball that will not bounce, nor can I even shoot; my stereo is broken, and my television is mute. I ordered cable, but at my table ... a knife that will not slice.
