freedom of the road
Freedom You can keep the house, the contents too Now trust has gone I’ll start anew Who needs a mortgage, and the all the bills? Instead of the freedom of the hills Life on the road travelling free Looks like a pleasant life to me The cab is my home; it’s got all I desire I can earn plenty for what I require Luxuries are the stars at night The warmth of the sun and the bright moonlight Life on the road travelling free Looks like a pleasant life to me No bags and baggage to hold me back I’ve got all that I need in my one rucksack With my dog for company I’ve no regrets Especially as I have no debts Life on the road travelling free Looks like a pleasant life to me.

A good write with sincere words.
Just one thing...
Please clean up  
parts - they distract from the rest of the poem.
