Forgotten Roads

Continuing on, down a long forgotten road, I know not a place, and have no where to go. Not once looking back, trying to forget all of the past. Not a thing familiar, that I can see, does it really matter at all to me? Should I continue on? Or should I stop and see, to look at the things happening around me? To walk and watch the world pass me by, all the people whom walk amongst me with out a care? Do I dare to speak? Or keep to myself? Does anyone care how I really felt? Do I try to find shelter, or am I dare, with this life, for which I no longer care? Continuing on, with out a care. A lonely soul that wanders these streets, a lonely soul, with signs of defeat. But my existence has yet to cease.

Pain and misery have tormented me so, how I long for a place that I know. The feelings that I once had, are gone forever, having slipped away like grand‘s of sand. I know not a thing of to who I am, I wander the world with out a plan. I wander on, with my doubt, and wonder how I ever did become myself. Alls I can do is wonder, and alls I can do is dream, to think of how things really could have been. It nothing more then merely a dream.

Alone, on this long forgotten path, one day the world shall feel my wrath. Staring into the emptiness of the clear blue sky, I feel everything I once knew slipping by. Is this what life should be like? Nothing more then a shreds of meanings. The painted faces of the world misleading. Place trust in no one, and you will not be left pleading.

So you think I’m someone stupid, you think I don’t know, well here’s something for you, I don’t give a damn, cause u don’t know who I really am. I’m more then you will ever be and you’ll soon see…that u are stuck and I am free. You cant tell life from reality, its all just one confusing mess. No one can read, your thoughts of distress. You paint your expressions upon your face and see merely distortions of what is the human race.

If I close my eyes, will it all disappear? If I fall asleep forever, when I wake, will it all seem so clear? If I close my eyes forever, will my trust eventually regain? Lost in a moment where everything is still the same. It seems like the world will never change. Stuck in this point of my life, which is merely a stage…

Okay! That's it! Get over this stupid depressed shit and get on with your life!!! So frickin' hypocritical... find yourself something better to do with your time, because wallowing in your own self pity doesn't seem to be working for you.

interesting though process and spiraling
one thing i always try to keep in mind is
'this too shall pass'
because everything always does... eventually

Very well written. Each point in life seems a bit strange to me.
