Just another pretty face
Among the crowd
Running around with all her grace
And her golden crown.
She’s as pretty as can be
And that’s all that people see
But all those night that she had cried,
They never really knew what was going on inside.
While the night, her only guide,
The moon her only friend.
And her dreams ascend.
But still she can pretend,
That there will be no end.
And she’ll tell herself, “This to shall pass”
But still the tears fall like shattered glass.
But still when she looks in the mirror,
Everything is so clear,
She’s just another pretty face,
Still her head was up in space.
All she had was a pretty face,
That was all she’d need,
Cause that was all that people would see.
Nothing but a pretty face,
Among the crowd.
And no one will hear her when she screams aloud.
Or when she falls to the ground.
And it seems just a bit profound,
That she is bound,
With just another pretty face.
just another random thought, about nothing in general.

Random thought but a deep one for sure. Really liked this one coz it's very true and touching too. Just another face in the crowd - good write gurl...

Who is Big Brother and why is he so keen to help Ash? Does Big Brother have an agenda of his own?
It's 1969 and some high school students in a small town decide to oppose a war that makes no sense and promises to set their lives on a different path against their wishes.
Jennifer finally ends up in Apalachia after barely escaping an attack. She soon learns about her destiny and how her actions will 'put a friend in grave danger'. With everyone refusing to tell her more Jennifer must find answers for herself.
