A poem about Tuesdays. Tuesdays filled with Hope.

Tuesday’s Song

Tuesday’s song
Is full of hope
Like Monday morning
When I was expectant
Wondering and happy
I kept waiting for
Joyfully, looking
But as the day drew
To a close
I began to wonder
If the hope was just
A fleeting whisper
Of thoughts that
Is wishful thinking
That was not to be
When I woke up this
Tuesday morning
I was again hopeful
So my Tuesdays
Are becoming
Like my Mondays
Another day
Another song
Filled with hope
For what’s to come
I will never give up
The hope I have
For it is my faith
In God that keeps
Me hopeful for
The things not seen
This is Tuesday’s song

Hope only goes so far. At some point we have to act. Merely by writing this poem you have moved from hope to action.

This is a nice Tuesday's Song, Lois, I like it!
With faith in God, we can't go wrong;
there is hope!Blessings to you!

If you must have faith in something, Lois, I guess God is as good a choice as any, and much better than some. Faith in yourself without a crutch is also a good thing to have.
