In order to feel gratitude
you have to be present.
In order to be present
you have to feel.
In order to feel,
you have to tolerate feelings
In order to tolerate feelings
they have to be non-life-threatening.

In order to find feelings non-life-threatening
you have to learn how to die.

If you learn how to die
you survive after all.

there is no death,
only
flickerings.
Out with the old light,
In with the new you.

Learn to parent
yourself....

enjoyed the thoughts here............
great advice for their are so many who needs this line, "learn to parent yourself"
soooo many parents are twisted, lost, drained, tired, uncaring, on drugs(drinking, smoking, doctor-ordered)etc.
learn within your heart, mind, body and soul the rights and wrongs laws of nature....trust your body will let you know if your on the wrong path.
Excellent points!!!!!!

Karma Bank to Following By Listening by Chiemi

These song lyrics and art are tales, tides and twinkling lights - tunes telling stories of warmth and sun, city and sand, paths that lead, and the coins we can keep in the Karma Bank. Spirit's been bypassed for sorrow, dreaming of a better tomorrow .
