Broken Silence

Your long silence broken
Tell me it isn’t so
That you have spoken
Please I ask that you go.

Even though I know
That you are here to stay
I protest being in your tow
Can I not keep you at bay?

Why did you speak
Tell me it isn’t so
I feel so meek
Your coming is a blow.

But sadly, you are here
I must prevail
You can’t stay near
I have set my sail.

Go!

It is a nice poem, i think the world has been silince about so many things and it is the time to break the silence.

there is great power in your command of these words. power to let go and choose your own path. long silences should remain so. may your sails be full and your wind be strong. i admire the stance of your thoughts.
