An Awesome dog poem

Poem Artwork

A Dogs Love Goes a Long Way

Dogs always inspire people-

Through their loving and caring personality

There unconditional love goes a long way

When tough times come our way,

They always stand by our sides

There licks and cuddles bring smiles to our faces

And their big eyes warm our hearts up with joy!

Dogs are special species

No matter how challenging things get,

Your dog will always be there by your side

They’ll never run,

They’ll never hide,

Because they’re here to stand by your side

That’s what dogs do

Because they love you

They always find the good in life

And they’re always grateful for what they have…

Unlike many humans who dwell in what, don’t have…

We could learn a thing or two from the dogs and animals in our lives.

It’s really a blessing to have a dog in our life that has such a warm and positive spirit.

Although they too have difficult days

They always make it through

Because we won’t let them do it alone-

We’ll be there every step of the way.

Loving them as they love us

Yes, dogs are very special in the way they bond with us and give us love. I'm afraid though, if humans try to behave that way, they tend to be used and abused, just like some dogs are by uncaring people.

Yes a dog's unconditional love is a wonderful thing. They bring smiles to hospitalized children and old folks in nursing homes alike.
They guide the blind and protect their families. They are a blessing.
My sister said to me once a sad but true thing, "A dog will still lick the hand that beats them."
Lovely words Stacey.
