Tommy decided to stay on the island and help PuffnStuff there as well, he became second mayor on the island and never returned home . During his stay he met an Indian girl there too, name was Genia and with the permission of her tribe they married there .

In a year they had a son .

His name was Thomas and together they were a family as well to.PuffnStuff often visit them playing with his son Thomas. He'd had taught Thomas the ways of the island and how each living creature was connected to it .' Thankyou Mayor,' Thomas told him .

' Your welcome young lad, ' he laughed .

In time as all creatures did , human or otherwise Tommy grew older and he passed away .Genia told her son people pass on that was the way of our very existence .Genia and Thomas remained on the island in honor of his father ,  Thomas knew if it were him his family needed too be told of his father's death .

They agreed to let him go and find Tommy's sister he always talk about and tell her about his death , but he'd promised he returned and he did . He also came with Thomas's sister Samantha too . Tommy's own sister return to the island as well and there they'd had had a service for Tommy .Even an Indian service took place too, everyone had had  attended to ,also Thomas talked about his father too .

And in his life that was the second time PuffnStuff had cried .
