You never meant all those things you told me. It was all a trick, a lie...
YOU NEVER MEANT WHAT YOU SAID (July 25, 2013)
You sent me a letter telling me how much you loved me, how I was the one you've been waiting for all this time. You made me believe that I was your whole world, that I completed you and filled the emptiness in your heart since she left you months ago.
You said you couldn't wait to see me again and invited me over to your place for the weekend. When night rolled around you said you'd sleep on the couch but I said I didn't mind sharing the bed.
Nothing happened that night and that's when things changed between us. You told me you had work to do and that I should go back home; so that's what I did. When I got home you called but it wasn't to see if I made it home all right; it was to tell me that it's over.
You never meant all those things you said. You just tricked me into thinking you actually loved me and wanted me in your life when all you wanted was to get inside my pants.
That's horrible that happened, I'm so sorry for you. I do think though you got the lucky escape, he may have still ended it even if you did anything or just used you for that by the sounds of him. His loss.
