With no warning, interdimensional rifts opened, and two heavenly beings crossed over above a downtrodden Earth. Glowing as suns, these immortals faced one another for the first time in six millennia…
.

“SANGUINEA … blessed of the ages - may perfections dew moisten thee with eternity’s grace. Your beauty is as a million suns in harmony with…”
.
“…Oh SONOSYN … know that thy flattery is like a gentle rain on my heart. May all that is virtuous fill your treasury with wisdom’s precious fortitude, and may the purest of waters forever refresh thy devoted subjects.”
.
“My subjects, Saguinea, have departed a fortnight hence, when news of an emerging world leader infiltrated the crystalline networks.”
.
“I too was left unaided in similar fashion Sonosyn; an insurrection took all but two of mine. That we have been called out to intervene in the affairs of man seems a natural recourse to the impending planetary dilemma.”
.
“Noble friend, I must agree. The Most High will soon rain down 21 judgements (7 seals, 7 trumpets, 7 bowls) upon planet Earth. We have been chosen, it seems, as instruments to carry out His will during this looming tribulation.”
.
“Sonosyn, look at the earth and the space around her; it has become a trash heap of refuse and metal objects. Where is the conscience in this?”
.
“It seems, Sanguinea, that humanity has lost its conscience, and is more prone now to ravaging Earths resources than the mandate of stewardship.”
.
“It is a tragedy Sonosyn – look down into the cities. Look at the streets and byways, look at what humanity has chosen to consume. Look at the secularization, and resultant wickedness; look how it depraves nations.”
.
“Esteemed friend … there is no stopping this. The residents of Earth are following paths of their own choosing; not the ones ordained in creation. Many live their lives devoid of good sense and judgment. Self-consumed; they quest after mammon and power; they disregard the planets health and their fellow-man, seeking only pleasure and high status. They defile their bodies with the doctrines of the fallen ones - the transgender, the transhuman - and make art of their carnality and depravity.”
.
“Sonosyn, loving servant of the Most High; many of the Holy One’s gatherings are polluted now. They are inundated with those who seek their bellies and not the Truth. As Jude declared: “Yet these men speak abusively against what they do not understand; and what things they do understand by instinct, like unreasoning animals – these are the very things that destroy them.”
.
“Yes, ole friend – these men are grumblers and faultfinders. They follow their own evil desires. They boast about themselves, and they flatter others for their own advantage. They are shepherds who feed only themselves. They are clouds without rain, blown along by the wind; autumn trees without fruit and uprooted – twice dead. Sonosyn, only those of ‘The Way’ understand the second death. If humanity could really see what is coming upon them, if only they could comprehend what being without Light and Truth really means in eternity, if they could but grasp the permanence of the second death, if only for a moment they had eyes to see what we see; all would fall prostrate and repent. Dire and frightening signs will appear and rage, and portents of disasters will increase.”
.
“I fear for the Earth Sanguinea. But let us rejoice that there are those still who believe in Light and Truth; those who dauntlessly share the everlasting wisdom they have been given, irrespective of those multitudes that doubt and ridicule.”
.
“Indeed Sonosyn; let us rejoice for those who persevere. Using the simple gifts they’ve been given; let us pray that Holy Light will anoint their efforts to illuminate the darkened souls of those fettered by debilitating sin; those bound by substance abuse; those who worship angels and demons; those given to the defiling of the flesh, and especially, let us rejoice for all those preparing themselves for the impending translation.”
.

An interesting and spot-on reflection of the "state of affairs" that we now find ourselves in this corrupted and polluted world against the cries of Mother Nature. Finely narrated.
