Louisiana Sandusky in Tennessee is all aglow at the news that her California friend, Kendra, has shared, regarding the adoption of yet another girl into the Williams family, and also that Louisa Mason's pregnancy is progressing well. She has some major news of her own.

Dear Kendra Mae~
Hello! Thanks for writing; it was soo nice to hear from you again, and I am so happy about Chelsea joining your family! She is absolutely beautiful!! WOW! I now know why you haven't written; you have been busy with your OWN brood, and now you adopt another one! That is fantastic!!
Well, we are adding to our own family as well...yes, another child is soon to be ours! Last week, a social worker from Hope International called us to see if we were interested in taking in another child, this time a little girl from Romania!! We told them "YES!" So we may have another "Little Sandusky" to call our own!! I don't know if we are crazy or WHAT, but each time a child has come into our lives, we have said "YES!" and this is how we ended up with the family we have today!! (Sure, we have had failed adoptions, but MOST of the time, all has gone remarkably well, thanks to GOD!! :) ) ANYWAY, the child in question is now getting ready to be flown into the United States, and she is eight years old. She has spina bifida, but can walk on foreram crutches or get around by wheelchair. Her name right now is Janica Kryzstina, and she has short, straight brunette hair and green eyes; and Kendra, she is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!! We may still call her Janica after we get her (IF we do!), but we also may "Americanize" her name; we don't know at this point. (We got her picture yesterday, and we have all been excited about it!!)
I am also happy to hear that Louisa's pregancy is going well; that is also fantastic news! Lots of good things happening; but I am still worried about Johnny's upcoming tests and Ronee' 's impending hip surgery! Thanks for the prayers; I know they will BOTH appreciate it! How is Jeff, Louisa's husband, handling her pregnancy? I bet he is one excited father to be!! :) Good for him!! Tell him AND Louisa that I say hello, okay??
I am hoping that you CAN come to Tennessee this summer; we'd love to have you! Maybe by then we will have heard about Janica; and if all goes well, she SHOULD be here by Christmas! I am looking forward to seeing your daughters again, and I know that you are looking forward to seeing MY brood! I am looking forward to meeting Chelsea; and she doesn't have to worry about "inaccessibility" because as you know our house is geared for people with disabilities! We may be a bit cramped, but we WILL make room for "one more", and we WILL make room for you guys! You KNOW you are ALWAYS welcome to the "Sandusky Hamlet"! :)
Well, I know this isn't much of a letter (I am sorry about that!), but with the kids being out of school, there is much to do, and many kids to watch over, so my time now is severely constrained. (And we are going to MAYBE adopt ANOTHER?? Louie, I think you need to go to the looney bin! LOL) But I had to write after I got your happy letter; so here I AM! :) Again, many congratulations on the addition of Chelsea into your family, and thanks for writing! Write soon! I will let you know about Ronee' 's upcoming surgery and Johnny's upcoming tests and the results! Stay tuned~
