This is meant to leave you guessing what it could be. If you are unfamiliar with WoD, please do not go into how this didn't show enough of 'what that this' was. This is definitely a guess scene.
Somewhere downtown. Location unknown. Exact message; unknown:

Puppetry. A step beyond a skin ride. Interaction; needed to do the bidding of its mass. Master's voice. Speech that is caused through force against a dead corpses' own. Mixed. Unsettling, but effective to get the message across . Ears of the foe. Ears of the hunters. All that needed to know, shall know it well, and fear. Fear like they have never felt before. Mortals. Vampires.

All feared the powers and those who could not necessarily be controlled, becoming objects beyond their reach. These were things of legend. Tainted whispers within darkness. No one truly believed in what they could not find, see or touch. They would touch you, when you're dead, or need to be. The letter destroyed upon contact, faded in a blur of reality and destructive death magics.

Messages never were delivered upon paper, when one used such an illusive messenger. No tracks, no trail--Nothing to stand in the way of those who plotted on this night.

Given what it chose to, the image feel into the shadows, disappearing. Wrath-like and hallow. Projecting no course to be follows. No one could know...No one would be in a position to tell.

This 'thing' would reappear to take over the delivery page(That who delivered the message to where it had been useful or needed only.), ending its pathetic life, before it would spread rumors of all it had heard--Though sworn to secrecy.

So ended the gossip-traitor's life. Nothing would be gained for who had not been intended to see. Nothing could stand in its way.

All fell into plan.
