Chapter four. If you review in this chapter, and haven't followed--you may be okay. Thanks for all reviews. You're all greatly appreciated.
Shauna Blackwell couldn't remember why she had gotten into her 1996 orchid colored, dodge neon. Just that something urged her to drive. Absentmindedly her fingers felt up the contents of her jacket pocket. Something made her mind zone off into the distance, feeding to her directions that were followed in exact detail. Within thirty minutes of departing her apartment on Fourth street, and Greenwich Dr, she arrived at the dockway warehouse. Shauna couldn't recall how, only that she got out of the car, and moved with a mission. 'The mission.'

Shauna knocked on a large, shallow metal door, that rattled with a fierce echo. Within five minutes of constant motion to get that door opened, raw, bleeding knuckles and a slippery mind–Someone came to open the warehouse door. It slid open, and four gun-men came to stand where the door used to be.

"Who the hell are you? How did you find us?"

Shauna felt an urge to reach for what was held within her jacket pocket. Pulling it out, she attracted the wrong sort of attention. The four gun man shouted, their weapons cocked, locked and ready to rock, aimed for the woman's body.

"Put your hand down, or we will be forced to shoot!"

Shauna continued to go for the parchment, speaking in half-dreamy voice. "I have something for you. "

"Put your hand down woman!"

"But I must give this to you..."

"Who the he..." the man's voice was cut off by a rapid sound. Pat-bat-pat-bat-bang. Sixty-seven rounds later, Shauna Blackwell fell to her death. The sealed parchment in her left hand, covered in her own blood and fleshy bits. Three of the four men stood in shock. It would take them a moment to collect their wits, then turn to the one that fired without instruction.

"Why the hell did you shoot?"

Ted Hamilton shrugged. "That was my ex girlfriend, the one I told you about. She cheated on me with Victor Rammel, that vampire blood doll. She stank of that trash. Call it a feeling."

Ted cleared his assault riffle, then put the latch on safe. Stepping forth, he began searching Shauna's corpse. Finding the letter, he pried it from her pale, dead fingertips. The others stood and watched, a bit uneasy on how they would get rid of the body.

"We could dump her in the park. Hell, even the river. Wasn't she suicidal anyway?"

"Yeah, I heard about her. She went to that high-priced mental doc on Fifth avenue."

"Ha, some work he did."

Despite all the bullets that marred Shauna's body, Ted still found her beautiful. "Damn you Shauna." He opened the letter, wanting to understand why she even stepped foot in a forbidden zone. No fool-idiot came here. No one dared to step foot in the bad part of town, alone. He began to read the letter. Standing, Ted turned to the three., "I can't believe it...After all her years of betrayal..." The letter was extended, soon falling into the pool of blood. A look of shock upon his face. "She knows where they are..."

Shauna Blackwell, former model and spokeswomen for Newport Liberal Monthly was later found in floating in the river. All that fame and fortune, the attention and glory--hers. Though, her corpse bore no marks of a suicide. The whole city began talk of a gang murder again. Another tale of misfortune for Newport, New York.
