Sandra, the chapters of this story always hold me spellbound. the scene in this one made me want to cringe and then I wanted to rescue the young boy. It takes a talented writer to portray a scene so vividly. The sad thing is that sometimes humans are like pack animals, If one attacks, they all do. So sad.

Again, very intense scenes.
Maimuna too is very well drawn. (What a sweet name but it has been made bitter to me because it is the name of my wife, my former wife that is. I wished I could absorb the sweetness without bitterness seasoning it but there is nothing like this in man's troubled life). |

Seems everyone has already said it, so I will just concur. Your writing has improved, that is a show of talent.

Sad that people have no limits or mercy over invaluable stuff. Human life has no value at all. Excellent turn, shocking but very real life. What happens next?? Can't wait, Ingrid

Just another day in the African urban concrete jungle some choose to call paradise. A dark reflection of an everyday scene. Sandie keep telling it like it is.

Sandie
A very brutul and barbaric chapter, which had me wincing with horror..
It is a cruel and inhumane society that can stone and burn a starving boy to death for nicking a pineapple !
Powerful and shocking write..
