One day a fellow went to confession. He told the priest, "Forgive me Father for I have sinned."
"What is it you have done, my son?" The Priest asked.
"Father I have said the "F" word." The man said with shame in his voice.
"Tell me why you said such a terrible thing." Asked the Priest.
"Well you see, Father I was golfing last week and I duck hooked my ball into the woods on a short par three."
"Is that why you said the F word?"
"No Father," replied the man. "You see, the ball stuck in a tree and a squirrel picked it up and started running with it."
"Is that why you said the F word?"
"No Father, as the squirrel was running with the ball and a huge hawk swooped down and grabed the squirrel."
"Is that why you said the F word?"
"No Father, as the hawk carried the squirrel over the green he let go of the ball and it landed six inches from the hole."
"Oh No!" Yelled the Priest, "Don't tell me you missed the F*cking putt!!"
George was right! Too. too funny!
Better to say the F*word on a missed putt than to Kill the birdie, or even a squirrel for that matter! God will understand...:)
LOL!
Love and Peace~
