I recieved a call from a friend who advised me that their friends mother lost her son recently. She went on to say that this mother had purchased "Echoes of an Era" and read a page or two each day during her time of difficulty. Because of this and her faith in prayer she was able to get through her trying times. It gave my heart much joy to know that my writings have played such a wonderful part of someones life. I have been blessed to write and want nothing more than to give a positive impact to the readers of my work. I have three beautiful daughters and can't imagine being without either of them. We all need that sounding board. Be it a book, a shoulder and/or prayer to get through our trying times, and to recieve this information just filled my heart with peace. I wrote "Echoes of an Era" in dedication to my mom who has passed on and because of her echoes the book came to be. I was able to release a many things through this poetry. I just pray it will continue to be a great read for anyone who scrolls through these pages.
